J. Spencer Jenkins is an experienced civil litigator committed to providing his clients with top notch legal services. Mr. Jenkins has a successful and diverse background in a variety of practice areas, which enables him to provide his clients with superior legal support across a broad range of matters. Prior to founding his firm, Mr. Jenkins practiced in Boca Raton, Florida, where he represented insurance companies in the defense of life, health, and disability insurance claims. Before that, Mr. Jenkins practiced at a prestigious Wall Street law firm in New York, where he primarily structured public works transactions in excess of $2 billion in value. Following law school, Mr. Jenkins clerked for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division. Mr. Jenkins has appeared before numerous state and federal courts and is adept at alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Mr. Jenkins is a 2006 cum laude graduate of New England Law|Boston, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the New England Law Review. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Texas State University. Mr. Jenkins is a member of the Bars of Florida, New York and Connecticut, and is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of both the Florida Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
